Going into the process, I was extremely nervous, as my computer literacy is pretty basic. However, Nathan assured me from the start that he would make the process as easy as possible. To make matters worse, due to my location, reception was near none. But, Nathan, as promised made the process easy. At times, finding other options for me if I didn't understand something.

My good experiences have only been with Melissa Helga. She has done a remarkable job in clarifying issues for me more than any other person in Noble Verse that I've dealt with.
